Data Quality & Limitations Addendum

Suite Enrich Co

Last Updated: April 2026 | Version 1.0

This Data Quality & Limitations Addendum ("Addendum") is incorporated by reference into the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") between Suite Enrich Co ("Suite Enrich") and Customer. This Addendum describes the known limitations, risks, and responsibilities associated with Enriched Data and AI-generated output provided through the Suite Enrich AI platform. Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the MSA.

Important. This Addendum is not a warranty. It is a disclosure document. Nothing in this Addendum creates any guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of Enriched Data. Customer's obligations to validate, verify, and independently assess Enriched Data before use remain unchanged by this Addendum.

1. Nature of Enriched Data

Enriched Data returned by the Suite Enrich AI platform is derived from two primary sources: (a) Third-Party Data Providers — commercial data companies that independently collect, compile, and maintain professional and business contact information from publicly available and licensed sources; and (b) AI-generated processing — machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and statistical inference algorithms operated by Suite Enrich and its AI service providers.

Enriched Data is not independently verified by Suite Enrich. Suite Enrich transmits data from Third-Party Data Providers and applies AI processing, but does not confirm the accuracy of underlying data against primary sources (such as company websites, government databases, or direct contact with data subjects).

2. Known Data Accuracy Limitations

2.1 Business Data Decay

Professional and business contact data becomes outdated rapidly. Industry benchmarks for B2B data decay include:

  • Approximately 2.1% of business contact records become inaccurate each month due to job changes, company relocations, or other updates;
  • Approximately 30% of business email addresses become invalid or inactive within 12 months;
  • Job titles and roles change significantly in any 12-month period across a typical professional database;
  • Company data (headcount, revenue, industry classification) may lag actual company changes by weeks to months depending on data provider update cycles.

Enrichment results should be considered accurate as of the approximate date of the underlying data provider's last update, which Suite Enrich does not independently know or control.

2.2 Coverage Gaps

Not all submitted records will return enrichment results. Coverage gaps occur because:

  • The individual does not appear in the Third-Party Data Provider's database;
  • The submitted data is insufficient to uniquely match an individual (e.g., common names, incomplete email domains);
  • The individual has opted out of data broker databases;
  • The individual's professional information is not publicly available;
  • The company is too small, too new, or too obscure to appear in commercial databases.

2.3 Matching Errors

Record matching is performed using algorithmic logic that may produce:

  • False positives: Data associated with a different individual who shares the same name, similar email pattern, or similar company affiliation;
  • Stale matches: Data that was accurate at a prior point but no longer reflects the individual's current role, employer, or contact information;
  • Partial matches: Some fields returned accurately, others inaccurately, for the same record;
  • Company misattribution: Professional data attributed to the wrong company, subsidiary, or business unit.

2.4 AI-Generated Output Limitations

AI-generated fields — including but not limited to persona summaries, professional insights, scoring, analytical recommendations, and inferred attributes — are produced by probabilistic models that:

  • May generate plausible-sounding content that is factually incorrect;
  • May reflect biases present in training data;
  • May produce inconsistent results for the same input at different times;
  • May fail to account for recent changes in an individual's professional status;
  • May produce outputs that appear more confident or specific than the underlying data warrants.

AI-generated output must not be treated as factual without independent validation. AI-generated fields are clearly labeled in the Suite Enrich platform. Customer is solely responsible for verifying AI-generated output before relying on it for any purpose.

3. Customer Validation Obligations

By using the Service, Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Customer is solely responsible for independently validating and verifying Enriched Data before using it in any business decision, communication, or system;
  • Customer shall not use Enriched Data as the sole basis for any consequential decision affecting an individual, including employment decisions, credit decisions, insurance decisions, or housing decisions, without independent verification and human review;
  • Customer shall implement reasonable processes to review Enriched Data for accuracy before integrating it into customer-facing systems, communications, or other business processes;
  • Customer shall not hold Suite Enrich liable for any consequences arising from Customer's failure to validate Enriched Data prior to use;
  • Customer shall not represent Enriched Data to third parties as independently verified or guaranteed accurate by Suite Enrich.

4. Prohibited Uses Based on Data Quality Limitations

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy in the MSA, Customer acknowledges that the following uses of Enriched Data are specifically prohibited in light of the accuracy limitations described in this Addendum:

  • Using AI-generated scoring or profiling as the sole factor in any hiring, promotion, or termination decision;
  • Using Enriched Data to send legally regulated communications (such as healthcare marketing, financial solicitations, or political communications) without independently verifying consent and accuracy;
  • Using Enriched Data to make automated credit, insurance, or lending decisions without a separate verified data source and human review;
  • Representing to any individual that Enriched Data constitutes a complete or verified profile of that individual;
  • Using Enriched Data to make decisions that have legal effects on individuals without independent verification and human review.

5. Accuracy Indicators

Where available, Suite Enrich provides confidence indicators, data freshness signals, or match quality scores alongside enrichment results. These indicators reflect the estimated reliability of specific data points based on the enrichment process and should be used to prioritize validation efforts. A high confidence score does not guarantee accuracy; it reflects a higher estimated probability of correctness based on the matching algorithm's assessment.

6. AI Output Labeling

Fields generated by artificial intelligence or machine learning processing are clearly labeled within the Suite Enrich platform interface and in enrichment output data. Customers should treat AI-labeled fields as requiring additional scrutiny and independent validation before use.

7. Dispute and Correction Process

If Customer identifies a suspected inaccuracy in Enriched Data:

  • Customer may report the inaccuracy to support@suiteenrich.com with a description of the suspected error and the affected record;
  • Suite Enrich will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate the reported issue within 10 business days;
  • Where inaccuracies can be confirmed and corrected through the applicable Third-Party Data Provider, Suite Enrich will use commercially reasonable efforts to relay correction requests;
  • Suite Enrich does not guarantee that corrections will be made or that future enrichment of the same record will return corrected data, as corrections depend on the applicable Third-Party Data Provider;
  • Credits are not automatically refunded for inaccurate enrichment results. Suite Enrich will evaluate Credit refund requests for systematic errors on a case-by-case basis.

8. Third-Party Data Provider Limitations

Suite Enrich relies on Third-Party Data Providers for source data. Suite Enrich does not control and is not responsible for:

  • The frequency with which Third-Party Data Providers update their databases;
  • The methodology Third-Party Data Providers use to collect, compile, or verify data;
  • Third-Party Data Providers' coverage decisions about which individuals and companies to include in their databases;
  • Third-Party Data Providers' compliance with applicable data protection laws in their capacity as independent data controllers;
  • Data quality degradation in Third-Party Data Provider databases that occurs between Suite Enrich's contract date and the date of any individual enrichment request.

9. No Warranty

Nothing in this Addendum modifies the warranty disclaimers in the MSA. Enriched Data and AI-generated output are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any particular purpose. Suite Enrich's liability for inaccuracies in Enriched Data is limited as set forth in the MSA's limitation of liability provisions.
