This page explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them. Suite Enrich is registered as a California data broker and honors privacy rights for residents of California, Colorado, and other applicable states.
To submit any request, email support@suiteenrich.com with the subject line that matches your request type below. We acknowledge all requests within 5 business days.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Suite Enrich honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a universal opt-out mechanism — required for Colorado residents under C.R.S. §6-1-1306(1)(d)(IV), and honored voluntarily for California residents. When GPC is active, we suppress non-essential data collection that constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law.
GPC is not detected on this browser. To enable it, use DuckDuckGo Browser, Privacy Badger, or another GPC-enabled browser.
Your Privacy Rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California and Colorado residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of their business contact information. After opting out, your information will be suppressed from all future enrichment outputs delivered to our customers. Processed within 15 business days. No identity verification required.

Include: first name, last name, business email, employer (if known), state of residence.
Right to Know / Access
Request a description of the personal information Suite Enrich holds about you, how it is used, and to whom it has been disclosed. Available to California, Colorado, and EU/UK residents.

Include: first name, last name, email, state or country of residence.
Right to Delete / Erasure
Request deletion of your personal information. Deletion results in suppression from all future enrichment outputs. California residents may also submit deletion requests via the DROP platform beginning August 1, 2026.

Right to Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information. We will forward correction requests to applicable data providers where feasible.

Right to Data Portability
Request a portable, machine-readable copy of your personal information. Available to California and EU/UK residents.

Response Timelines
California Delete Act (DROP Platform)
Suite Enrich is a registered California data broker subject to the California Delete Act (SB 362). Beginning August 1, 2026, California residents may also submit deletion requests through the California Privacy Protection Agency's Data Rights Opt-out Platform (DROP) at cppa.ca.gov. Suite Enrich accesses DROP at least every 45 days and processes all valid requests within 45 days of retrieval. Emailing us directly works equally well.
