These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at suiteenrich.com and any associated subdomains (collectively, the "Website") operated by Suite Enrich Co, a Colorado S-Corporation doing business as "Suite Enrich" ("Suite Enrich," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or browsing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Product Terms. These Terms govern your use of the Website only. Access to and use of the Suite Enrich AI platform and related services is governed by the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") and its incorporated documents. If you are a customer or user of the Suite Enrich AI service, the MSA governs your use of the service.
Geographic Availability. Suite Enrich AI is currently available only to users located in the United States. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are located in the United States and will only use the product for United States records.
1. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, illustrations, video, audio, software, designs, layouts, and compilation thereof (collectively, "Website Content"), is the property of Suite Enrich Co or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
The Suite Enrich name, Suite Enrich AI name, Suite Enrich logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Suite Enrich Co. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Suite Enrich.
You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use of Website Content without the prior written consent of Suite Enrich is strictly prohibited.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party;

The Website uses cookies, web beacons, analytics tools (including Google Analytics 4), and similar tracking technologies to: analyze website traffic and usage patterns; improve website performance and user experience; measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications; and remember user preferences. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat your visit as an opt-out of any processing that constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law. 6. Contact Forms and User Submissions
If you submit any information through the Website (including through contact forms, the waitlist form, or email), you grant Suite Enrich a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such submissions for any business purpose without obligation to you. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any information you provide and that such submissions do not violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Personal information collected through contact and waitlist forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Suite Enrich's collection and use of personal information through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Geographic Restriction and Compliance
The Website and Service are intended for use by individuals and businesses located in the United States. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or designated as a Foreign Adversary Country under the Protecting Americans' Data From Foreign Adversaries Act (P.L. 118-50, Div. H). If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

SUITE ENRICH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, FEATURES, PRICING, AND CAPABILITIES, IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUITE ENRICH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.
SUITE ENRICH'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suite Enrich and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days after written notice of the dispute.
12.3 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
12.4 Class Action Waiver
ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
13. Modifications to These Terms
Suite Enrich reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date and version number. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Modifications to the Website
Suite Enrich reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part thereof at any time without notice or liability.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Statute of Limitations
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or the claim shall be permanently barred.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suite Enrich regarding your use of the Website. These Terms do not govern your use of the Suite Enrich AI service, which is governed by the Master Service Agreement and its incorporated documents.
